We welcome you to the Askas restaurant that is part of the family business Askas Pension and Aegiali Camping. Our tavern is located in an environment surrounded by lush green trees and vines. Here you can find tradition and good food.

In our familial restaurant, you will discover tasteful amorgian dishes prepared with local products: oil, wine, psimeni raki (traditional drink - raki boiled with honey, cinnamon and spices), xynomyzithra (amorgian soft cheese), vegetables but also meat. You won’t forget the Amorgian specialities such as “Fava” (local yellow peas crushed in puree with fresh lemon juice and onions) or “Patatato” (local goat meat and potatoes cooked in tomato sauce with red wine and cinnamon). While we are preparing classical Aegean dishes or pasta or other kinds of sweets like “xerotigana” and “pasteli” (amorgian traditional sweets), our main priority is the quality of materials and better service.

Food & drink
Our restaurant is open from early in the morning so you can enjoy a delicious breakfast: special omelettes, amorgian homemade jams and pies (cheese pie, onion pie, etc). Here you will definitely enjoy what we call hospitality but also entertainment by discovering the typical greek nights' atmosphere with “rebetiko” and amorgian live music and dances.
